Information for Families

We are now accepting registrations for kindergarten for the 2026-27 school year. If you have a child in the afternoon PK class, you do not need to do anything to register.

Please note that the State of Connecticut changed the law regarding when students can enter kindergarten.  The new law says students must be 5 years old by September 1st (it used to be January 1st).

Preschool Screenings for 2026-27 School Year

Fields Memorial School will hold a preschool screening on Friday, April 24, 2026, for Bozrah residents who are between 3 and 4 years old at the time of screening. If you have a child in this range, please call Ms. Rondeau at (860)887-2561 to schedule an appointment. Screening appointments will begin at 8:45 am. There are a limited number of openings in preschool, so it is important to have your child screened.
